Tell us the property address, roughly how much area needs seed (a square-foot guess is fine), and what the ground looks like now: bare dirt after construction, a thin old lawn, or a slope. Let us know if there is an outdoor spigot or a sprinkler line close to the area, how steep it is, and whether a truck can park within about 150 feet.
